27 February 2010 i'm thinking 2 start a beer foctory
plz,.. any one help me in providing the information regarding legal recquirements to be fullfilled,estimation of project and any more info..

03 March 2010 First of all you locate the site, estimated investment limit, source of finance etc.

Than visit to District Industries Center from where you can get various information about current government schemes, tax holidays, finance assistance, licence etc.

Your finished products is covered within narcotics category, you have to grant licence from their also.

Inaddition to above you have to get registration with Central Excise under Excise and Service Tax laws, Commercial Tax.

The provission of the other laws like Professional Tax, Income Tax, Pollution formalities, AKVN, Company Laws etc. have to be fulfilled as per applicability.

These all dependent upon the size and the location of the project and state laws to a great extent.
