what is B.com (hons)? is it equivalent to M .com?

The term Honors refers to specialisation in a particular field. During the bachelors programme, if any indivudual wants to specialize in a particular area, like accountancy/economics/english etc., he/she will pursue B.Com/B.A/B.Sc with honors in any particular subject.
The eligibility to qualify for honors is always a higher percentage of marks in the particular subject and in aggregate too.
