27 December 2009 Hii, everyone can some one tell me that what are these bare acts in income tax and general and commercial laws for cs executive programme.

and from where i got those bare acts for free download or if there is any book which comes for bare acts for these two subjects then please specify their names.

i am writing my cs xams in june,2010.please tell me relevant to june,2010 xams

28 December 2009 Bare Act for Income Tax is Income Tax Act, 1961 and for Law it is Companies Act, 1956. It is yellow in colour. It is a small booklet and contains the actual law as it is. You can also get Bare Act inter-preated by some author like Taxmann. However, I will not recommend you to refer to the Bare Act at the Student level. You can refer to the other books like Singhania or Manoharan. Your CS modukes are also reliable.
