I have attempted CA final in nov 2011...
looking forward to apply in banks after results....
pls tel me the requirements for the placement in banks and what is the designation they provide for a fresh chartered accountant.....
m i required to prepare in any ways in this 2 months b4 results...
preferable banks are Barclays, ICICI, HSBC, HDFC, AXIS (even provide some of the bank specific suggestions)

A good option can be sitting in Campus placements, as they give a fair chance to CA freshers. Since you have gave the exam rcently, all the things must be fresh in mind. Keep revising them. Additionaaly FEMA and other Banking relevant areas can be concentrated upon.
If you have good Bank Audit experience during your articleship, then you can apply outside campus also.
