I want to know the calculation of Debtors,
Creditors
and Closing stock required for bank stock statement monthly.

Normally bank take 60-70% of debtor (upto 90-180days) plus 75% of stock minus creditor to determine the limit.
This ratio for each items is given on loan sanction letter and differ from case to case. so go through the sanction letter.

normally in every Cc limit sanction letter bank give the condition of limit sanction agst debtors and stock.
debtors 50-70% upto 90 days
and agst stock 75%
