Format for MIS reports

MIS reports are prepared to help the management take decisions. The need of the information will vary significantly at different levels of management.
There is no specific fromat for MIS reports. It varies from organisation to organisation based on the needs of the management and for the purpose for which it is prepared. It will be different at diff points of time.
You can ask your senior/reporting authority as to the content of the MIS reports ans prepare accordingly.
