03 November 2017 Sir, I would like to know, what are the criterias is required to fullfill for bank loans, which is verified by bankers, apart from required documents, like any ratios and calculation etc., please advice me

04 November 2017 Generally if you are taking working capital loan, bank would require the stock details and the debtors details. In case of term loan, security or the collateral security from the Directors are required.

06 November 2017 Transfer pricing is the price at which one party transfers the material to another non-related parties. The concept comes from the view that to reduce tax, some parties supplies material to another party at a lower rate. This concept for earlier applicable for foreign transactions. However, presently transfer pricing is also applicable for related parties transaction. We need to consider the Arm's length price to ascertain the transfer price.
