Bank enter wrong tan number

27 May 2015 Dear sir,

I received a demand letter from TDS deparment, deamand year F/Y 2007-08, of Rs. 4532+interst, i am going to tds deparment he say this challan missing in CIN file, then i going to bank, bank staff check the records and then he give me letter he enter the wrong tan number so this is my problem , tds department say this correction some documents required 1. covering letter, bank letter, Indemnity bond and this document scan and upload a cd then deposit the deparement

so please check this documents are ok

27 May 2015 Documents are ok. But, you should submit in hard copy and not in CD. Indemnity bond should be on Rs. 100 stamp paper.
