Dear Sir,
One last query, please answer i.e. if in the savings a/c I have the first name and my wife 's name in the second and I am filing my IT Return then that account needs to be shown and if my wife has the first name in the account and my name is second then that account needs not be shown in my IT Return.Another thing if I am showing three S/B A/c where my name is first and my wife's name is second in my Return in that case whether I have to show the interest on S/B A/c of all the three accounts in my IT Return and give tax on that as applicable.

the first name amongst the joint holder needs to show the account and income in it like intrest income in itr.

Dear Sir,
Another question strikes in my mind that my wife is not filing any return as her income is not taxable so in that case whether I need to show the joint bank account in my Return where my wife's is in first and my name is second and as such interest in that needs to be shown or not.
Please help me by giving a solution as early as possible.

logically speaking yes as she is not earning as u said and its just her name is in first place as joint owner.
