Plz... Can Any one help me for the Draft Board Resolution for Changing the Bank Branch from one area to another area but it will be the same bank. Say for example Axis bank market branch to Axis Bank Station Road.

Resolved that the ..... account be transferred to the ...... branch of .... bank. Further resolved that the cheques issued from the ...... branch of the ..... bank be allowed to be debited by the bank at... new...branch of ..... bank.
