18 September 2013 Dear Sir,
I am working as an Audit Supervisor ( Bank Audit section) in a CA firm for the last 3 years; I have 24 years of age. My qualification is only B.Com, Iam getting 15,000/- monthly salary. I have very strong knowledge in bank Audits like concurrent, stock, credit, revenue etc., but i have very low knowledge in Tax matters.

I wanted to work in Big four firms, is it possible for me to get a job there with all my limitations..?

23 September 2013 You may get a job. You will receive better salary than 15000 pm. But even there your growth options shall remain limited unless you add professional degree to your CV.
