do check your appointment letter and extensive report format available by bank itself, it will give you a basic idea towards your duties, funcions and powers.
also go through the guidance note issued by ICAI.

actually i want to knw that when we for a concurrent audit for the first time then what should we ask for?

well it differs from assignment to assignment. in my current concurrent audit assignment, we have to establish and check as well as strenthen the internal control,
we weekly check all the files of loan disbursed in last week.
we ensure that kyc norms are compiled with while opening new accounts.
we monthly physically varify cash balance.
and the list goes on..
if it is a daily audit assignment, than usually the report has annexerus about all functions of tha branch, hence you have to understand your assignment letter and the report, and than dovelop a audit plan accordingly..

yes...i also do weekly audit of UCO branch....we normally check for new savings accounts opened,loan & advances,cash balance over retention limit, u said that the list goes on...i am actually asking for that LIST....
