30 May 2013 one query abt e.g.- one joint account of husband & wife.that son ( husband) & with dad (son's dad) applied for share application...alloted some shares & some money will be returned in cheque form.but husband dont have bank a/c with their dad..so how to deposit that cheque / clear? ( other than following ans reqd that want to open new a/c with dad)

15 July 2013 I am surprised how you paid the application money. Is it cash or by cheque. If cheque from some other account by giving some name in which there is no account then you have to open the account in the name of the person in whose name the cheque has come. The expert is correct and I agree with him.
