04 August 2010 I have Tours & Travels business, last Assmt year I have get a contract income from Govt. Dept, then the deduct the TDS, but I hadn't file the return. This AY I have got two TDS certificates one is Air ticket commission and other is contract income. How to prepare my balance sheet very simple, because I haven't more income. how to show my income very simple mode.

05 August 2010 You should have filed IT return for last assessment year 2009-10 as non-filing of return by 31st March 2010 will attract penalty.
For the assessment year 2010-2011 you have to file ITR 4.Download the form from the web site incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in,you'll get an idea about how you can prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit and loss in a simple form.
