13 June 2017 is it compulsory to give balance sheet with ITR...and under in which situation no compulsion to give balnce sheet

13 June 2017 Balance sheet is not attached with ITR but if it is a books of accounts case balance sheet portion of ITR needs to be filled. If return is filed under no books case i.e. u/s 44AD there is no requirement to fill balance sheet portion in ITR. You can only show cash, debtors, creditors and stock.
