If there is mistake in the balance sheet filled with Roc of the Pvt. Ltd.whether it can be revised or not

If ur talking balance sheet in Form no 23AC, then i am afraid it cannot be.

If the mistake is in e-Form 23AC alone( and not in the audited balance sheet) the said form can be revised through MCA portal with an optional attachment stating the mistake with the requisite filing fee.
