we create a balance sheet for the financial year 10-11.

new schdule as per companies act applicable prepared balance sheet F.Y 10-11

30 March 2011 New Schedule VI will be applicable from FY 2011-12. For FY 2010-11 old schedule will apply.

The same has been notified at MCA website. See below link--

31 March 2011 Schedule VI shall be effective from 01.04.2011.

It means Balance sheet for the FY 2010-11 is not required to be prepared under new revised Schedule VI.
