in the balance sheet on asset side this value is showing :

Cash in hand 114,624.42
Bank Account 4,278,632.43

i want to ask in next financial year wht will be the journal entry and what amount will be written..

13 January 2015 now for entry ... we usually transfer al balances to head office on 31st.. and reverse it back on 1st april

you can have a new ledger named as opening balance control account.. tranfer via that.. else all the balances wil automatically carried forward in the next year....

Do opening entries only if u usually do closing entries
