07 June 2018 As a Register Dealer we have purchase or taking service from a Register Dealer, If they provide a invoice with GST charges but not mention our GSTIN number in Invoice, What we have consider the party status B2B or B2C in our Master. as well as in return. Please suggest.

07 June 2018 Contact the supplier and say "Show your GSTIN in Invoice and Take New Invoice"...

If Your GSTIN not shown in Invoice then You can't avail the ITC...
You can show the dealer as Registered Dealer and Reverse the Tax if Your GSTIN not in Invoice...
