B/f of losses

22 September 2014 Sir, I filed an ITR 6 IN A.Y.: 2012-2013 with loss in PGBP income.
In A.Y 2013-2014, I filed ITR 6 without b/f of losses.
Can I b/f the loss in A.Y. 2014-2015, while filing ITR 6.
Means can I get the benifit of b/f of losses in A.Y. 2014-15

22 September 2014 Since you did not carry forward the loss in the return of AY 2013-14 you will not get the benefit in the return of AY 2014-15.

If the return of AY 2013-14 was filed within due date you can revise your return u/s 139 (5) and show carry forward of loss of AY 2012-13.

Then you can take the benefit of such carry forward loss in the return of AY 2014-15.

24 September 2014 If assessment is over than you can not revise your return. But make sure assessment is over. Intimation u/s 143 (1) is not an assessment.
