07 April 2015 Sir if if file the income tax return for Ay 2014-15 while thereby my IT Refund. Will the IT Refund be forfeited on account of time barring return. Please guide me,

07 April 2015 The refund will not be granted for time barred returns. However, you can file a application before the CIT for condonation of such delay. The CIT has a power to grant condonation or reject the application.

In case, CIT condon the delay, you will receive the refund
