Hi,
I would like to know what are the changes in Income tax(apart from the slabs) for preparation for the June 2012 CS executive programme( AY 2012-2013 compared to AY 2011-2012).

In my view, for June 2012 CS Executive,
AY 2011-12, will be considered.

You can get amendments only after Finance Act 2012 will be passed by the parliament.
.
This year, the presentation of Budget is delayed due to assembly elections in 5 states.

For June 2012 exams A.Y. 2012-13 is applicable and therefore, Finance Act, 2011 amendments are applicable.
But there is no applicability of Finance Act, 2012 for you.
