25 January 2019 Deprecitation on building block is not considered while processing the returns. It may be because of inadvertently ticking of a box of deletion of building block. What is the remedy.

28 January 2019 Sir, while revising the return we discovered that deemed short term capital loss was wrongly claimed by us because of ticking of a box for deletion of building block. Now we don't want to claim the said loss. 143(1) intimation is received on 22/1/19 dated 17/1/19. How to rectify the mistake?
