02 March 2015 Dear Sir/mam,
Our Company S.R. International Paper Mills Pvt Ltd. received services from Suvidha Corporate management ltd. for getting fixed capital investment subsidy and raise bill with Service tax on us.

My query is that can i avail the cenvat of service tax for the of above services.If yes then please explain the provision related to this.
