There is no criteria to decide the package of CA package. It is depend on your knowledge and experience.

A CA with 4 yrs post qualification exp. can draw a Salary between Rs. 10 - 12 lacs p.a. considering current market trend.

As you are aware there are many factors driving salary package.

viz. Attempt in which you have cleared CA, Personal Skills, Other Qualifications.
