for availing excise credit return filing is compulsory, with out filing excise return is there any possible to claim xcise duty input, all invoices are available.

If you have Excise Registration then you have to file excise return to Carry forward ITC. If you do not have Excise Registration then you can claim ITC by filing GST TRAN1.
