25 September 2014 Can a person register a pvt. ltd. co.? in which he will do auto finance business.

25 September 2014 but i will not accept deposits from public but only from share holder as a share subscribe money? and this amount will be provide as finance and to share holder we will provide dividend? in this case i think i not required to register under NBFC. please suggest.

25 September 2014 NBFC registration has nothing to do with the source of the fund. The application of the funds matter. you will register as non-deposit NBFC.
