Can a person register a pvt. ltd. co.? in which he will do auto finance business.

yes he can...will need NBFC registration from RBI to do auto finance business

but i will not accept deposits from public but only from share holder as a share subscribe money? and this amount will be provide as finance and to share holder we will provide dividend? in this case i think i not required to register under NBFC. please suggest.

NBFC registration has nothing to do with the source of the fund. The application of the funds matter. you will register as non-deposit NBFC.
