dear sir,
lam having doubt. ln the case of invoice concerned party authorized signatory is not there.tell me sir signatory is mandatory?

Often in the invoice it is mentioned that "This is a computer generated document and doesn't require any signature".In such cases absence of signature can be overlooked unless there is any reason to believe the authenticity of the document.

There should be an authorised signatory to validate the document.
