i m an accountant in a shipping pvt. ltd. company and i m filling anual return of service tax but at present our all directors are out of station and they will come after 10-15 days and i need their sign . on return then what is the other way because we have also no any authoirised signatory except them(md and director)

Dear Mr.Accountant,
1st of all i would like to let you know that there is no annual return of service tax.It is an half yearly return.Apr-Sep to be submitted within 25th of October and Oct-Mar within 25th of April.Which has already gone in your case.I think you can file the return under ACES[Automation of Central Excise And Service Tax]. By which no signature will be required.Think of it.
