24 April 2020 At GST portal , there are 3 directors in a pvt ltd.company. Mr.A, Mr. B and Mr.C.
Mr. A is primary authorized Signatory and is the only one authourised to file GST Returns.
Now Mr. B is also to be authorized to file GST Returns . Can you please tell me the procedure how he can be authorized.

25 April 2020 Pass board resolution for authorisation of A and B director,amend gst registration by adding authorised signatory upload resolution copy , it require approval from GST portal take time to update .
