09 October 2017 If you are a commerce graduate and have attended few income tax hearing you can get a certificate from the Department too

09 October 2017 Fine. Thank you Mr. Solanki. But what if I am not a Commerce graduate? Further, is there any provision in law which stipulates that a commerce graduate needs certificate from the IT department to become AR?
