authorisation of land purchase in first board meeting

20 January 2010 can authorisation be given to any person in first board meeting for sign or execute the deed related to land purchase ?

note:
1. co is a construction company

21 January 2010 100% posssible.

Any kind of business transaction is possible in the first BM after doing the necessary resolutions like adoption of common seal, fixation of financial year, appointment of first auditor etc.
