Is there any specified format of Audit Report for Trust/AOP/ societies, etc? (not for applying 80G and 12A)

26 November 2014 Yes. As per Bombay Public Trust Act the financial statements and audit report be in following formats.
See rule 17(1)
schedule VIII balance sheet
schedule IX Income & Expenditure account
See rule 19
Report of an auditor regarding accounts audited under sec 33(2) and 34
See rule 32
Schedule IX C for statement of income liable for contribution.
