Yes. As per Bombay Public Trust Act the financial statements and audit report be in following formats.
See rule 17(1)
schedule VIII balance sheet
schedule IX Income & Expenditure account
See rule 19
Report of an auditor regarding accounts audited under sec 33(2) and 34
See rule 32
Schedule IX C for statement of income liable for contribution.
