Pl suggest what to file now for audit and annual filing for f/y 2013-14 which was not filed earlier. whether 23b or ADT 1 needs to be filed........pl suggest and guide........

21 October 2014 e-form 23 B may be filed to audit the accounts of fin yr 2013-14. CLSS,2014 can be availed for waiver of additional filing fee for belated filing.

22 October 2014 do we need to attached 3 compulsory attachements of Resolutios, Intimation by co. and acceptence letter for 23B.

Also for current F/y year as these are mandatory pl provide the format/ sample for all 3. thnks.
