after auditing ,CA issue report 3CD & 3CB.
IS NOW B/S & P&L A/c is required to submitted unfer Form 23 to Roc?

No,Registrar of companies is only for filing of Companies documents .No need of filing form 23AC, 23ACA for partnership concerns.

23AC and 23ACA is required for corporate entities..
3CD and 3CB reports are mandatory even for prop. organisation if the turnover exceeds the prescribed limits..
