Dear Sir,
An assessee having income of less than 1 crore want to show income less than 8% for that purpose CA have to done audit u/s 44AB of income tax act. Sir, I want to know that whether such audit are also consider while calculating ceiling limit of 45 audit as fixed by The ICAI.
Please provide me proper advice for this matter.

No Such audits are not considered for the 45 audit limit.
