10 September 2016 Please let me know whether date for submission of Audit report u/s 44ab has been extended or just Income tax return filing due date u/s 139(1) has been extended till 17th Oct??

10 September 2016 Sir, But my question is Sec 44AB itself doesnt has given any due date for uploading Audit report it is the due date which is prescribed in Sec 139(1), then if the return filing date is extended then automatically the due date to file audit report should get extended??

10 September 2016 Deae Mahesh, Audit report is different from itr so there is no clarity on audit report date
