Dear Sir,
One of my client audit report upload by CA. But for approval audit report DSC is necessary and assessee DSC expired. In New circumstances for getting DSC physical form should be reached on TCS or Any DSC operator. What happened in this case when my assessee can not approved on or before 31st October 2013. Is he liable for penalty ? Pls guide me thanks in advance.

getting a DSC with PFX file. the whole process won't take more than a day. In case the file is not approved by 31 October 2013, penalty under 271B may apply:
"271B. If any person fails to get his accounts audited in respect of any previous year or years relevant to an assessment year or furnish a report of such audit as required under section 44AB], the Assessing Officer may direct that such person shall pay, by way of penalty, a sum equal to one-half per cent of the total sales, turnover or gross receipts, as the case may be, in business, or of the gross receipts in profession, in such previous year or years or a sum of one hundred fifty thousand rupees, whichever is less."

yes,,we faced such case ,,and got dsc in 3 hours in pfx file with some close relations with dsc providers

so it is not tough to get dsc get dsc asap and make it approve before 31.10.2013
