What is the difference between form 3CA , 3CB and form 3CD?

17 December 2014 Form 3 CA is for those assesses whose accounts are audited under any other Act. (e.g. Company)
Form 3 CB is for ohter than 3 CA assessees

Form 3 CD is common for all

The audit report may be uploaded once the audit is complete. It may be before or at the same time of filing IT return
