22 January 2015 My CA erroneously give own office address instead of my office address, my question is that in e-filing return procedure physical audit report not demanded so if I am give correct office address of mine in my e-filing, is that wrong in eye of law (difference in physical audit report office address and e-return details) or its applicable.

22 January 2015 Make an additional letter from the concerned CA, stating these facts.
So no need for you to do any changes in Audit Report.
(Please note to err is human being)

22 January 2015 can you please clarify whom to be this additional letter has to be sent.

22 January 2015 it is NOT required to be sent to anybody.
Keep it with you. If the need arises, you can show it to the concerned...say Income Tax Department or say Banker etc.
