Whether it is possible to reduce fees of statutory auditor of a private company on reappointment ????

Hi Rajesh,
Reduction in the fees of statutory auditor is very much possible. There is no restriction in the statute regarding this.
When re-appointment is done at the AGM the shareholders may reconsider the fees to be payable to auditor.
I advise you to inform the auditor well in advance to avoid any personal conflict.
