partenership business is running for manpower supply services f.y 12-13 t.o 50lakh .tds 47000 appro. if we are maintain book of a/c. and profit lower than 8% then get audit or not. pls reply ealier . i am confuse sec 44ad mahesh shah bavla ahmedabad

Please maintain the books and get them audited from a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Section 44AD(5) read with Section 44AB provides that if an assessee claims income less than 8%, he is required to get his accounts audited.
Accordingly, if you show income less than 8%, then you are required to get your accounts audited.
