what is the due date of return filing ?

22 May 2014 as per company act it is compulsory audit under the company act 1956/2013.

under income tax act if his profit lower than 8% then audit report u/s 44AB.

since when 44AD started applying to companies?

Dear author,

tax audit is not applicable in this case. if your turnover exceed Rs 1 cr, tax audit shall apply.
