26 November 2014 Please can any one let me know what status to be taken for PE of a Foreign Co.??
And What Form 3CA or Form 3CB will be applicable??

(Include the name of PE below that)
e.g. represented through resident director XYZ, address......

Form 3CA be used with the assumption that the statutory audit of the foreign company must have been done as per the provisions of that foreign country
