Dear all,
What are the areas to be covered while conducting the operational auditing of a company which is a member of stock exchange?
Also can anyone tell me the special techniques to be adopted by an auditor in this regard?

With the introduction of ODIN, the control is really very good. A check may be had on the MAPPING the accounts, test checks on delivery versus payment received and payment given. The reco of balance with exchange is the important area.
