For using Audit Menu in Tally, first you have to give the tally audit option as yes while creating a company. Tally audit features will be enable when the security control option is activated.
After enabling the Tally Audit feature, you can able to audit the voucher entries through the following ways
From Gateway of Tally window Display>Statement of Accounts>Tally Audit>Vouchers
from the above you can view and alter the voucher entries and you can approve the voucher. Once approved then if any changes made in the voucher entry it is recorded and it can be viewed.
