Sir,
can you tell me is it auditable or what? I got Rs 1,86,91,575/- in sub contractor income. now want to know its income are audit compulsory. And In which ITR (3 or 4) i have to file?

If you offer income u/s 44AD (assuming that the nature of income is not commission,brokerage) then there is no requirement of audit. However, if you opt for normal provisions of income tax than you shall have to get the books of accounts audited.
