Whether the Audit u/s. 44AB is consider for count a sealing of audit to CA in case turnover is less than 1 crore and profit is less then specified rate ?

In this case the assessee is required to get his accounts audited as per Section 44AD read with Section 44AB.
Accordingly such audit shall be included for computing the maximum number of tax audits.
