Audit hampering studies

18 November 2008 My office timings are 8 to 9 hrs. most of the time we are sitting with out any work. we are being forced to go outstation audit which hammpers our studies. more over in idle time in office boss doesn't allow to study.Can anyone guide what to do?

18 November 2008 just make ur time table and study in short itme gaps as of 15 min .
u will learn something day by day becz to get 15 min a day is not difficult.
and with time u will get hours to study.

20 November 2008 I know if i study 15 min each day then it would be good for me. But my Principle doesn't let me study. We are 4 article students including me and 2 paid assistants. But all work load is comming on me. every time they are taking me outstation not any one else. I requested my manager regarding this but he is not ready to understand. He says some are girls and other boys does not suit to his personality. and more over he says they don't know any thing about the subject. plese suggest me what to do. i am thinking to change articleship. he says other students are having studies though their attempt is after 18 months and my attempt is in next year.

14 January 2009 I am sorry that your query remained unattended. Mayank, life in Articleship is the same everywhere. You have to learn, study and above that you have to listen to lot of things. It is the period of sacrifice. I will advise you to keep cool. You will have to balance the things. I will quote one para one CA had told me:

" You know Articleship period is difficult initially. It is difficult to balance the studies and classes with first six months as time, audit and work is not matching."

I asked him " Then it is smooth life?"

He told me, " After six months you will be habitual to all that."

I want you to find time by stealing it from Sundays and without spoiling your health. You may wander what advise I have given? But then only solution is that you are the best person to steal time.

Remember you have 90 days + leave to complete the revision.

Start preparing notes may be one line, one sentence, one page.

16 January 2009 I am thank full for your suggestion. i usually reach home at 9 pm in the night.
Now can u also suggest me that how much leave for pcc exam preparation i should take.
i am always keep on thinking that i'll fail due to such tite schedule.

18 January 2009 I will advise you to start basic preparation. Inform me if there are any hurdles which hamper basic reading including on holidays. Accordingly we can work out GI or GII or both.
