11 April 2009 can any one tell me weather Delioud and KPMG are audit firm or consultancy firm.

Both firms are having consultancy as well as audits.

These international firms are basically consulting firms but in india they do audits as well with the name of some indian CA firms having registered with ICAI.

If so then why their name is not suggested for satyam audit

13 April 2009 Does it mean that article student working in this firm, can they mention in the biodata the name of these firms as it is against the institute rules.
